1. Description of Service
MindfulCart is a mindful shopping tool that helps you pause before impulse purchases. You can save product URLs, which we scrape for metadata (name, price, image), and revisit them after a cooling period you set.
The Regained Wallet reflects virtual, estimated savings only. No real money is transferred or held.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not use another person's account without permission.
- We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App to scrape or store URLs of illegal, harmful, or prohibited content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures.
- Use the App in a way that could harm or overburden our infrastructure.
- Create accounts through automated means.
4. Product URL Scraping
When you submit a URL, our servers fetch the publicly accessible webpage to extract product metadata (name, price, image). We do this on your behalf and do not retain or re-publish the scraped content verbatim.
5. Intellectual Property
The MindfulCart name, logo, and application code are owned by Cherencia. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that scraped product prices are accurate or current.
- We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on App data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherencia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
